Terms of Use — Tabira

By using Tabira, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by D T L INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C (Business Bay, Dubai, UAE).
1. Service and entertainment purpose (important)
Tabira is an entertainment app themed around Turkish coffee fortune-telling. The generated readings and interpretations are for entertainment only; they make no claim of real prophecy or foresight and contain no religious or spiritual content. This content is not medical, financial, legal, or professional advice and must not be relied upon as such. Do not base your decisions on it.
2. Account and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tabira. A valid email is required to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account, and you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Token economy, consumption, and refunds
- Some features consume tokens (e.g., Standard reading, VIP reading, questions). Tokens may be earned for free (daily/reward/wheel) or purchased.
- When a reading is successfully generated, the corresponding tokens are deemed consumed; used tokens are non-refundable.
- Transparency exceptions: if a reading cannot be generated due to a technical error, the tokens are refunded; if the cup image is not clear, no tokens are charged at all.
- Tokens are not real money; they cannot be cashed out or transferred and have no value outside the app.
- Digital content / right of withdrawal: when you purchase tokens (digital content), you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (e.g., the EU 14-day right), it is lost once delivery/performance begins.
4. Purchases and subscription
Purchases are processed through the relevant store (Google Play / App Store) and are subject to store rules. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period; you may cancel anytime via your store account, effective at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel it separately in your store account. Unused tokens are non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the relevant store's policy.
5. Acceptable use and reporting
The following are prohibited: misusing the service; abusing rewards via fake/multiple accounts; abuse via automation/bots; reverse engineering; any use that violates others' rights or applicable law. You can report inappropriate or objectionable AI-generated content to info@tabira.app, and we will review it.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the Tabira brand, design, and content belong to D T L INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C and may not be reproduced beyond personal, lawful use.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions based on entertainment content or for indirect damages arising from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (your data is deleted via cascade).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai / United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, which remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify significant changes in the app and revise the "Last updated" date above.
